Refund policy

Every Funny Christmas Finds order is covered by a 60-day money-back guarantee. If a product is not right for you, contact us within 60 days of delivery and we will refund your order.

How it works:

1. Email us at shopfunnychristmasfinds@gmail.com or through our contact page with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We reply with the return address and steps within 2 business days.
3. Items should be in resalable condition (original packaging where possible).
4. Once the return is on its way back with tracking, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Damaged or defective items: send us a photo and we will ship a replacement or refund you in full. You do not need to return a damaged item unless we ask.

Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer.
