These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from Funny Christmas Finds ("we", "us", "our"). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. PRODUCTS AND LISTINGS
We describe our products as accurately as we can, including their limitations. Screen colours vary between devices, so actual colours and prints may differ slightly from photographs. Sizes and measurements are supplier-stated and may vary marginally; check the size chart on the product page before ordering.

2. ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE
Your order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel any order, including after it is placed, for reasons including product unavailability, errors in pricing or description, or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund you in full.

3. PRICING AND ERRORS
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even if the order has been confirmed.

4. DISCOUNTS AND PROMOTIONS
Bundle pricing applies automatically in the cart: 1 pair $24.99, any 2 pairs $34.99, any 3 pairs $49.99 (designs, fits and sizes can be mixed). Only one automatic discount applies per order. Shipping is free on every US order. Promotional offers may be changed or withdrawn at any time; orders already placed are honoured on the terms shown at purchase.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
See our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery by the carrier. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address; we are not liable for orders lost due to an incorrect address.

6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
See our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. CORRECT USE
Use and care for products only as described on the product page and in any instructions supplied. We are not liable for damage or injury resulting from use contrary to product instructions.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this site, including text, photographs, graphics and layout, is our property or used with permission, and may not be copied or reproduced without written consent.

9. CUSTOMER REVIEWS AND SUBMISSIONS
By submitting a review or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display and reproduce it. We may remove content that is unlawful, offensive, or misleading.

10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The site and its content are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, or the money-back guarantee we offer.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

12. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of a product.

13. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Puerto Rico, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. CHANGES
We may update these terms at any time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
